I have Real Experience (not just a theory or classroom training) in New Construction, Pre-Owned, foreclosures, Short Sales, VA and HUD Owned Homes as well as Buyer Representation for New Construction Homes. Are you sure what the sales contract says? Do you really understand the closing costs and who pays for what? New construction builders each have their own contracts. Are you going to lose your earnest money? Agent on the site represents builder-Period, not you.

I have helped almost 70 clients purchase new construction homes. You are going to pay the same thing for the home regardless of what anyone tells you with or without your own agent.
